In the opening to his first letter Peter gives us reasons why Jesus came. That\u2019s the focus of today’s video.<\/p>\n
In this video we look 1 Peter 1:3-5<\/p>\n
Peter tells us that Jesus came:
* Out of the deep mercy and love of our God who is blessed.
* So we can be born anew
* So that we could experience and grow into this new life now
* So that we could live in hope
* So that we could right now receive an inheritance from the Lord himself that will be completed and perfected at the end<\/p>\n
All this is through Jesus’s resurrection from the dead.<\/p>\n
